Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

1:1 Training Sessions

A cancellation must be made with at least an 18 hour notice before the scheduled start time of your session. Your initial payment may be used as a form of payment to reschedule your appointment. The new appointment must be rescheduled within 7 calendar days of cancellation, up to 3 months out. You may reschedule up to one session during every three month period. You must contact us via email at baseball@pier40.com with the player's name & details including the cancellation request.

Batting Practice

A cancellation must be made with at least an 18 hour notice before the scheduled start time of your session. Your initial payment may be used as a future credit that expires after 3 months of initial payment date. You may reschedule up to one session during every three month period. You must contact Liz via email at liz.nybaseball@gmail.com with the player's name & details including the cancellation request.

Group Lessons
